We have controlled atmosphere with a list of rules designed so that everyone can use the gym equally

We have a full line of Pre and Post workout Drinks available

How can I pay for my membership?
Payment options available: You can now pay online via card, or in person with cash, check, or card.
Do you offer Personal Training?
We have several independent personal trainers to choose from.
What if I don’t understand how to use the equipment?
We always have staff that are able to demonstrate how equipment works if you have questions.
Do you offer Corporate Membership?
We do offer corporate deals if interested please inquiry within.
Do you have showers?
Yes we do. We also have spacious locker rooms.
How old do you have to be to exercise by myself?
To exercise alone, you must be 18. Individuals aged 16 or 17 can work out with a parental guardian, so long as they have their own membership of which was signed by their legal guardian.
